It's that time of year again when the weather cools off and fall baking begins around here. Some moments, the conversation reflect on God's abundance and how He provides greatly for us. We made pumpkin muffins to share with friends, and tried a new recipe, with the addition of molasses. Our boys loved 'em.
Sweeter to me than the muffins, was their response to the baking. The boy shared their happy memories of me baking, especially when they were younger ("When I was 3, we used to bake ALL the time"). Those were the days before regular exercise and outside routines.
